It’s November 22nd 2014. Exactly one week after the second open enrollment for the nation’s Affordable Care Act began (11/15) and the Maximus Foundation continues to fail DC Residents by making the ACA enrollment site inaccessible to people who want to apply online. If this site were managed by another company the website administrators would have been fired by now.
I just got off the phone with another representative who took my information and advised me to call Monday after she informed me the site was supposed to be back up and running as of yesterday. Monday, I will post my new findings whether they’re good, bad or ugly.
